As an independent agent (1099), you operate as your own boss, working remotely from the comfort of your own home, representing ARIA under our brokerage authority, soliciting freight services from your customers, arranging the transportation with one of our contract carriers, and monitoring the freight to its final destination.
We provide ALL the back office administrative and support work so that you can focus on selling & moving freight for your customers, plus we protect our agents from financial risks associated with customer payments and claims. Successful agents generate a 6-figure income.

Description:
This position has overall responsibility for Aria’s fleet vehicles, and coordinates, schedules and audits vehicle maintenance and repairs to include preventative, mechanical and electrical repairs; controls repair, inventory and labor costs; and prioritizes and assigns work on fleet maintenance and repairs. This position is also responsible for managing Azuga and Fleetio for all Aria operations.
Aria vehicles operate in several locations, and the Fleet Manager position will require the availability to travel when needed to meet with vendors and inspect company vehicles in different states as the need arises.
Work with the Aria Executive Team in supporting the company’s growth and operations.

Description:
As a home delivery truck dispatcher you are working with our site operations to schedule home deliveries for our clients. You will be scheduling routes and stops for driver teams in your assigned areas utilizing different software programs. Aria’s current operations are in California, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Remote dispatching positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Identify client scheduling needs
- Identify freight needed for delivery teams
- Analyze delivery stops and help in routing next day deliveries
- Keep in constant communication with drivers as needed
- Provide instructions and required delivery information to delivery teams
- Monitor drivers using company software
- Make daily check calls to drivers and customers
- Work with Operations Managers
- Assist drivers during any possible service issues
Qualifications:
- 3+ years dispatch experience, preferably in the home delivery industry
- Previous experience with dispatch software and GPS
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent customer service and communication (oral and written) skills
- Familiarity with DOT regulations
- Customer commitment (internal and external customers)
- Proven ability to multi-task and work independently
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Bi-lingual a plus+
