Arelis Bonilla is a dynamic entrepreneur and respected executive leader transforming the last-mile logistics industry. As President and CEO of Aria Logistics and founder of My Home Delivery (MHD), she has grown one of the nation’s most recognized woman- and minority-owned final-mile companies, known for delivering exceptional service and reliable logistics solutions to leading retail brands across the country.
With more than a decade of expertise in white-glove delivery, Bonilla combines operational insight with technology innovation to close a gap that others have struggled to solve: same-day delivery for big and bulky items. She also founded the Last Mile Retail Awards (LMRA) to celebrate excellence across the industry. Known for her transparency, execution and solutions-driven approach, Bonilla continues to push logistics forward through business growth, technology ventures and strategic partnerships.
