Introducing Tour du Jour

The Tour du Jour Home Delivery Program was created to immerse delivery teams in the brands they represent. By bringing our delivery teams into the galleries/showrooms, Tour du Jour helps them see, feel, and understand the brand culture firsthand — transforming each delivery into a seamless extension of the in-store experience.

Our teams don’t just deliver furniture; they deliver the story, personality, and values that make each brand unique.

Kicking Off the Tour

We officially launched Tour du Jour with an incredible kickoff event hosted by Restoration Hardware in Newport Beach, California. This immersive day gave our teams the chance to explore RH’s luxurious gallery, connect with local sales leaders, and gain a deeper understanding of the brand’s premium customer experience.

Building on that momentum, we continued our Tour du Jour journey with Bob’s Discount Furniture in Secaucus, New Jersey. There, our teams experienced Bob’s unique culture of fun, value, and customer care — a perfect reminder that every delivery is an opportunity to bring the Bob’s brand promise to life.

What Tour du Jour Delivers

Each Tour du Jour event offers an inside look into what makes a brand special. Teams participate in hands-on activities, showroom tours, and leadership discussions designed to inspire pride and professionalism on every route.
